Is real online payment supported?

Yes. The order API creates a Stripe Checkout Session with the order reference, email, and full amount. If Stripe is not configured, it falls back to a configured hosted payment URL.

Is the AI visual mockup a physical sample?

No. It helps answer whether the bag looks directionally right. It cannot verify fabric weight, hand feel, handle strength, ink absorption, Pantone accuracy, stitching, bottom structure, or laminate texture.

How do you reduce the gap between the AI mockup and the final product?

The AI visual mockup is never treated as a physical sample or final production promise. After payment, we check artwork, print placement, and selected order specs before production. Colour, DPI, bleed, fabric behaviour, rights, strength, and sample needs are still checked before production.

What format should uploaded artwork use if it is sent to a model?

For online preview, provide PNG, JPG/JPEG, or WebP. If AI, PDF, PSD, EPS, or SVG production source files are needed, we can request them after payment.

Can a model compare two images directly?

Yes, as an assistive factory review tool. A vision model can flag content, placement, text, or colour differences, but the customer checkout flow stays simple.
