Does artwork upload mean the file is printable?
No. Uploaded PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, or PNG files are accepted for artwork review only. We check the file before production and contact you if anything is needed.
Why is freight only an estimate?
Cartons are bulky. Final freight depends on flat-pack volume, carton size, quantity, palletization, carrier route, and delivery postcode.
When does production start?
Payment or deposit does not release production by itself. We check artwork, order details, and payment confirmation before scheduling production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Online tiers start at 250 units. The best unit pricing usually begins at 1,000 to 2,500 units depending on carton type and print scope.
Can repeat orders move faster?
